3km from Nambour on Towen Mountain. 20km from beaches and close to Montville, Maleny, Yandina, Maroochydore & Noosa. Well situated in the middle of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Very quiet 1 acre property at end of cul de sac.

Duties are feeding chooks, emptying mail box, ensuring auto reticulation comes on daily, ensuring auto pool pump comes on daily, watering a small number of pot plants.
