hi theres every thing around from the bay few minutes by car to open sea 30 minutes away. local shops 1 minute walk plenty of coles / safeway 3 minutes by car geelong area city contry seaside all in 1 house is great alarms 2 living areas 3 bedrooms new capet private big front yard big high new fence that has a key lock plenty of parking behind gates i have 3 staffys 2 girls 1 boy that i dont whont them walked just feed and treated good house freshly painted great lounge recliner with recliner chairs new carpet new inter folding doors new heater hotwater service new huge carport new bogalha and decking huge front yard nice neighbours bare 1 lol i carnt stand 1 key fits all locks with alarm hi i bring my dogs up as guard dogs only persons staying here pats em i whont them to stay guard dogs and ill let ya now what i whont with my animals ok swimming pool 10 minute walk with slides gym ect ill need house sitter withing next 28 days good luck
