My house is approx. 30 minutes from Hobart semi rural close to Richmond historic village and 5 minutes from main highway to Launceston. I have 1 dog and 1 cat both are quiet and friendly the dog is a wonderful watch dog she watches every one come in and then licks them to death. I have electric heating with "pay as you go" activated with a payed up card.My house is a modest cottage clean and comforable I also have a friendly neighbour next door. My reason for applying for a sitter is to keep the dog and cat fed and companion for them, maybe a watering once in awhile for some plants.Going back to attractions- to visit Port Arthur it would be about 1 hour away.Launceston approx 2 hours.There is the very pretty Derwent Valley starting about 20 minutes away and then on to National Park and the Russell Falls quite spectacular a this time of year.
