If you’ve always wanted to visit the Grand Canyon here is your opportunity. My home is 50miles from the south entrance of the canyon. I live 8 mile north of the little tourist town of Williams, home of the Grand Canyon Railroad and Bearizona, a wild life drive through park.
You would be caring for my sweetheart of a dog, Sadie(~age 13+) and 2 cats, Jake and Jessie.
I have a lovely view looking South and West from my deck. I love where I live because of the view, a comfortable home and great neighbors. Flagstaff, home of Northern Arizona University, is 38mi east. It offers a variety of restraunts, entertainment and museums.
The weather in August is sunny, and warm, but cool at night. Air conditioning is not needed, but may need to use room fans
My home is at an elevation of nearly 7000ft. I live on an unmaintained dirt road, so it's a bit rocky, but manageable.
I also haul water and always make sure the cistern if full when I leave.
My planned trip will be for 3 plus weeks, but I am flexible on the dates.
Please ask any questions you may have, and I will answer as besfanhose interested-it's beautiful country! Thank you
