Care of 1 small dog & 1 cat. Watering of pot plants & small garden area. Mowing of very small area of lawn with a hand mower. Takes approx mins to do. Town bus from nearby corner or Town centre takes approx 15 min to walk. Tourist attractions. Lots of Paddle steamers, old shops, river walks etc.
