Primarily, I'm looking for someone I can trust with my humble house and arrogant cats. I'm a musician, writer and teacher, so clearly I have no friends I can trust. Convince me you'll stick around and leave everything as broken as it already is and you get the gig. You can smoke as much as you like. Three cats means constant presence. No more than a day-trip leave of absence, I'm afraid. I live in a 1-bed grd-floor flat in a three-storey building in one of the older parts of Athens, Ano Petralona, a very quiet and attractive neighbourhood. The flat is small, but there is a private front yard and small garden - almost unheard-of in this town. Decent internet, washymashy, etc, AC in one room, and you will need it, but the flat is OLD and by no means luxury. 500 yards away is a very popular area of tavernas, public transport is about 10-mins away, but you can walk to the Acropolis in fifteen anyway. I am behind Fillopapou, one of the hills of ancient Athens, and really, the archaeology starts about 200 yards away, with the Koile Road... it really is a beautiful spot, with lovely walks over the hill towards the Parthenon, which you can see just a kilometre top of the the Koile Rd. The best bar in town is 10 minutes away, I'll introduce you to a summertime's worth of welcome there. Fruit and veg market every Friday on the doorstep. If you are looking for a little hideaway right on the edge of some serious sights, this is the one. I really hope we can come to a mutually beneficial arrangement.
