Boat ramp 5ks away. good fishing and crabbing. Approx. 60ks either Bundaberg, Hervey Bay (Frazer Island) or Maryborough. Childers is 21 Ks. Rural setting on 2.5 acres. 3 br brick house. Large shed. Bus at the gate. Abbundance of wild birds. Very peaceful. Only chore is to mow with a ride on.
