We require a housesitter for 90+ days (3months) while we are in USA. Our flying dates are & back We think it would be good to have a day or so overlap to help our house sitter get aquainted with our house & pets. We require pet care for an old dog & cat & have a night time enclosure on the back of the house for them. Minimal yard care on rural property consisting of lawn mowing with ride on mower. Also maybe spa pool care if you are wanting to use it otherwise we can switch it off. We have a two story house situated about 10 klms from Maroochydore Beach & 3 klms from Woombye shops & railway station. Plenty of room for Caravan or RV power hookup. You choose to stay in your van or in the house. Prefer retired person or couple as dog & cat enjoy company. No animals apart from ours. Our property is not fully fenced. Non smokers prefered.
