I live in Italy ,but I bought a lovely house in Brazil, 40 Km south of Fortaleza.Right at a few steps from the ocean, I cannot stay there all the time and I need somebody that will stay for long periods when I am back to Italy. No pets, but a garden to water and plants to take care. It is in a good, very quiet and secure area, near the big town of Fortaleza with all the conforts and services, but between 2 authentic fisherman villages :Aquiraz, the old capital of Cearà and Iguape. The house is very confortable, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a sitting/ dyining room, all on the ground floor. Beautiful porch and a small garden. Nearby there are 2 nice hotels with restaurants and a pool and 1 pretty B&B that will open in July a small italian restaurant. Connections to the big town are with a bus, but you have to walk to it 10 min. or , suggested will be a small car to rent, while there. Also to visit a beautiful National park in Jericoacoara or Canoa Quebrada or to go to the Serra in Guaramiranga ,800 mt high in a beautiful vegetation.
