Professor and family are leaving for an academic sabbatical this summer. We are looking for someone to live in our house and look after our two older, well-behaved cats. We also require care for our small urban garden. We would expect the sitter(s) to pay utility bills (usually less than $400 per month).
Our 3 bedroom house is located in the historic Virginia-Highlands neighborhood, only 1.5 from the center of Atlanta and one of the most desirable areas in the city. We are located within a short walk form many shops and restaurants. Entrance to the Atlanta Beltline trail ( beltline ) is at the end of our street and Piedmont Park is less than 15 min easy walk.
