We are in our mid 50's we require house and pet sitters we have a general store,post office and a tavern all within walking distance and the beach is only a 10 minute walk we are 30 minutes to Coffs Harbour and 30 minutes to Grafton the poodles love attention and the tea cup is very timid we prefer they are not to be walked mowing the lawns is a option adsl2 is available we have a 4 year old house with 4 bedrooms 1 with a queen bed 1 with a double secured back yard
