We are going overseas for 2 weeks at Xmas and would love someone to look after our pensioner animals and enjoy what Brisbane has to offer at Xmas time. Hannibal a very loving almost 12 year roitwelier and Gladstone a very shy long hair ginger cat who lives inside would be there to welcome you. Because of his age Hannibal doesn't go for many walks but he does need some assistance getting up sometimes. We have an old Queenslander that we are renovating at the moment. The house is now one bedroom with walkin wardrobe. Both bedroom and robe have already been renovated. The rest of the house consists of Bathroom with separate toilet. Lounge room, kitchen and small dining area at the rear. The house is high set with pergola area at the rear of the house. It is on a small allotment in a quite area. So very little yard maintenace required. Everything is within walking distant. 5 minutes to the shops at Stones Corner, an assortment of bus options or train at Buranda Station. You can get just about anywhere on public transport in Brisbane even to the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. There is a park area at the end of the street with a co-op garden. We are in a small area about 3 streets that is boarded by a creek and train line so it is like a little community. If you want to go out for dinner don't worry there are plenty of restaurants within about a 5 minute walk. If you walk 15 minutes there is a completely different set. If you like walking then it is a 40 minute walk to SouthBank, so new year lights spectacular isn't far away. We would love for you to come stay at our place and have a lovely Xmas and New Year without having to pay high accommodation rates.
