I'm Michael, 31 from Bellbird Park, on the Brisbane side of Ipswich.
I am going overseas for about 8 weeks, and need a house/cat sitter for that period. I live in a modest older style house that i'm semi renovating periodically. It's in a nice quiet area, with neighbours only on one side, and some bush land on the other. I have an indoor cat, who will need looking after also. Along with occasional plant watering if it is dry. I'm close to local shops, the train, and flexi cab fares of only $2 to various places. The downside is i do not have a place for your car, but you can park out of sight, off the road. I have air con in the lounge room, a double bed i can move to a room of your choice, and most other things you will need for cooking etc. Also wifi. My cat is quiet, but not used to other people much. He has lived with me alone for his whole life, (he is about 7) and generally no problem. He is happy to do his own thing (sleeping) I also have a family of possums living under my sub floor, who venture out every night. So don't get a fright of them when they run across the roof! I work nights, and have been working 7 days a week lately. I would be available from 7am to about 10am most mornings for a meeting. Alternatively in the evening from about 6pm to 8.30pm. This is my first time doing this, so if you have any questions or i have missed anything, please do not hesitate to ask me! There would most definitely be opportunities in the future also if everything goes well! I had someone else who was keen, but has fallen ill, so cannot make it! Look forward to hearing from you!
