We are seeking a dog/house carerer(s) for 7 days in November .
Our dog, Joya, is a small poodle mix, 10 yrs old. She is sweet and affectionate and likes laps and walks
Asheville is well known for its varied Art Scene, broad "foodie" appeal, and abundant breweries. We live within a 10 min. walk to downtown, and are fairly close to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Ruby and Steve were hospitable and helpful in getting us oriented the night before their departure. Thankful that Ruby told us about the nearby Visitors Center and the trolley tours for a city overview; a highlight of our stay. Their home is very comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring historic areas, downtown, and nearby parks - we walked a lot! Joya is a sweet, easygoing companion in the house and on her walks; it was nice meeting their friendly neighbors and pooches. We enjoyed every aspect of our visit - including the lettuce garden!
