Tucson- centrally located, yet not downtown, with direct access to extensive trail network. Just a 10 minute walk from major hospital complex, with public transit stop 1/2 of that. We live car free and enjoy Tucson's bike lanes. (The most extensive of any city in the US at over a 1000km!)
Two easy going cats rule our house, and we are looking for a person or couple to take care of them, general up keep of the house, and to act as our home base contact.
One unfurnished bedroom and space in the garage for quite a few bikes or one car, is available in this centrally located quiet home. Lots of natural lighting and a fantastic south porch with views of desert parkland teeming with wildlife.
We ask that you cover the utilities in our absence including; electricity, gas and water/sewer/trash. There is no , cable or internet included. It is of course available if you wish to sign up for it.
We are going on a bike ride to visit our family scattered around the country. There is a chance we may return suddenly. If we do there is no rush, your are welcome to stay through November.
