My one bedroom apartment is located on Potrero Ave. few blocks West of San Pablo Ave., on the border of Richmond and El Cerrito, a walking distance to Del Norte Bart Station.
The apartment is offered for free in exchange for the care of one cat. She is four years old and blind. We have a front and side back yard that she is enjoying. The yard has a high wooden fence all around.
Our home is very simple and spacious. The North wall of the living room is all windows.
