I am in my 5th wheel trailer sitting a vacant house for the new owner of 9 months on what once was my parents' scenic 50 acre hay pasture. I have lived here 14 years, 11 years as a resident and 3 years sitting the property in my 5th wheel. I need a nice, friendly, honest house sitter with an RV to take my place under these shady oaks as the new sitter, subject to the owner's approval. I use the bathroom and kitchen in the vacant house, so I don't use any of my RV holding tanks at all. I keep a couple gallons of water in the RV to take my vitamins with. I have 120 volt, 15 amp power from the house to my RV for computer, fan, TV and radio. So I don't use any air conditioning either in the RV or house, but good shade under large oak trees makes the heat survivable and a hose with cool well water close by for soaking down during the day. I mow the yard with the owner's zero turn riding mower every few weeks, weed eat the fence line, water the new grass daily and pick up leaves and branches frequently under these large trees and put them on the burn pile. Ore City is about 20 miles north of Longview, TX, off of Interstate 20. The house is about 65 miles from Shreveport, LA. New owner will be rehabbing the house but when is uncertain.
