The Martinek/Rogers household is looking for someone to enjoy our 55 Plus Community in North Las Vegas. We need a housecarer who would be comfortable caring for a happy, fat cat, indoor plants and outdoor plants.
Our dates are May 9th through May 28th, 2024.
Franky, the 9 year old cat, is a friendly fellow, who appreciates a petting and a kind word.
The care of the inside plants is minimal, though it might appear we have an indoor garden. Care for outside yard is almost none - Vegas, hardscape and hardy desert plants.
Our home is 2300 sq ft, with 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, a large office/craft room. and a large outdoor living space. The community, Ardiente, is gated with ammenities for those who enjoy swimming, a gym, pickleball, and an active hiking club.
We are located twenty minutes from the strip, forty minutes to the Red Rock Recreation area and Mount Charleston. The May weather in Vegas invites you to be outside to explore the area.

This housesit will spoil you. The home is lovely and the owners set everything up like we were staying in a resort! Frankie, the cat, is adorable and affectionate. The area is perfect...close to the Las Vegas strip and, more importantly in our case, close to great hiking in the Nevada desert and canyons.

Jim and Jan are awesome! Thank you for welcoming welcoming me into your home and the opportunity to meet and visit with you was ideal. Instructions were detailed, leaving nothing to be assumed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in your beautiful home. My plans to wander and do sightseeing were cutailed some days by Latte and Les giving me lessons in relaxation. They were fun to hang out with ?
