A 10 minute bus ride to the heart of the city from the corner of my dead end street makes it conveniently located to shopping and downtown tourist attractions. Close to the beach town of Progreso (45 min) and not far from the Mayan ruins of Uxmal hrs. )
Good sized house and yard with part-time housekeeper and gardener.
Oct.18th-January 6th means cooler temperatures than the normal hot tropical weather.
One in/out kitty and 8 outdoor kitties eat twice a day. Neighbor can cover a few days get away.
Please be open to the differences in culture. Mérida is a large city with many wonderful attractions. Want to learn or practice Spanish, there are many great opportunities here. If you need to come earlier or stay later that is OK too. Mérida is a friendly city!
