Our house is a cosy cottage type of dwelling in Ipswich..some 40minutes WEST of Brisbane. It is very close to the Scenic Rim region (spectacular scenery...Winery...Craft Shops)...and 70minutes from the Toowoomaba Range. Ipswich is an historic town with many lovely old houses and public buildings...And it also has two Cinemas..Shopping Centres...Parks and Gardens. We have large screen TV..DVD and VCR players..+ CD and Radio The house has ONE ..DOUBLE bedroom..+ inflatable mattress for spare room...also single (lockable) car port. Neighbours are warm and friendly. We have our own flower and vegetable gardens..small avairy(3 birds) + 2 chooks...so you can help yourself to FRESH vegies and eggs !! We have electric lawn mower...Lawns will probably only need one cut for the time we are away.. We would prefer non-smoker/s..or person prepared to smoke on front deck.
