We have a cat who needs to be fed twice a day, and a xeric garden that needs some watering, not much. We are looking for a mature single or couple, no smoking, to enjoy our spectacular view of the Sandia Mountains. We are about 35 minutes from downtown Albuquerque, and about an hour south of Santa Fe. The house sits on a six acre lot, with quiet neighbors. We have WiFi, and streaming is available for netflix and Roku channels. The house is solar heated, so you will need to raise and lower shades. There is no air conditioning, as we are at 7,300 feet. Be prepared to breathe deep!
