Our house is a new rancher and just a short walk to the beach. We are five minutes drive to Parksville, fifteen minutes to Qualicum Beach and about 20 minute drive to Nanaimo. This is a beautiful area with lots of hikes and parks. Our dog needs looking after and have at least one walk per day. The house is all hardwood and tiling flooring with central vac. We have a southern back yard and covered deck also a sprinkler system which is automatic.
