Air conditioned clean and tidy 3 bedroom home in quiet small estate nestled in the Bunyaville State forest with walking tracks throughout, and a nearby river which is popular. 1 acre but not a lot of maintenance as we will arrange for mowing, so just some garden and plant watering as required. Dyson is a 2 and a half year old golden retriever who loves human company. Shops are a short drive away. We would like non-smokers, preferably mature age. We look forward to hearing from you.
