Our home is on a hill. That means not only walking down, but getting back up. We have a car, but walk the hill when we go for coffee, Loony Bean's Cappuccino, it's the best or to the market and visit friends. It's a short walk to Stone Island for a different experience at the beach or just walk down the hill 2 or 3 blocks to the beach. We live in Central, North of here is called,"The Gold Zone". Our gardener comes three times a week. On his off days part of the yard needs watering. Weeds need to be pulled, just in certain areas. The housekeeper comes once a week. She does our laundry, I know it's a sin, but I love it. As for the house, there are just a few things I try to keep up with be for the housekeeper comes the next time. There is a dryer, washer and dishwasher.
We have Wifi, Netflix, Roku and air in all the rooms.
The last and best is Mango, our dog. She loves people so much that she just welcomes any one to her home. Not what one would call a watch dog. She needs reassurance when there is any noise like thunder, lighting or firecrackers. She was a street dog, we found her when she was about 7 months so I guess she is expected to have some issues. Mango is in most the time and especially at night. Jorge the CAT. Very handsome, is his virtue. He's happy to be feed and let alone to attend his business. He will come in, but usually likes to be out. He stays out at night. Both critters are feed twice a day. It is not required that Mango be walked.
