These cats are a family but need a little human supervision and company. They are all different ages and in good health. They are indoor only, except for a large second story deck, so there are cat boxes to monitor and plenty of cat hair. My house is in a small resort town, so you can walk to the store or restaurants. The house is newer, three bedroom, two bath, WiFi, streaming. A short walk to the beach and the rec center, which has a pool, weight room, and exercise machines. The house is on a quiet dead end street with a view of the mountains.
