We are a young family looking for a farm/house sitter(s) for the months of September through November of I will be at the farm with our 2 kids (2 yr old/3 month old) while my husband returns to work in the US for 3 months and I need company and help with some minor chores. These include keeping our 4 dogs and 1 cat fed and happy, some help with cooking and dishes, and maintaining our generator.
We live on 87 acres in the mountains of Ecuador in the area known as "the valley of longevity." We are only 15 minutes south of the popular village of Vilcabamba.
We have lived on our land for 2 years and are still working on construction among other projects. Currently, we have a small guest wood "bodega" available for people to stay in with an attached bathroom. The kitchen is a separate structure, shared, and is vegan friendly.
We are asking that you have experience living rurally and rustically. As I mentioned, we are in the mountains of southern Ecuador and do not have close neighbors.
