We live 40 minutes from Santa Fe, next door to Abq. We have a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the Sandia Mountains and great walking trails next to the Rio Grande River. We have 1 beautiful husky (female) and 1 one year old minature poodle (male). There is some light indoor and outdoor watering.
Time frame January 26 to February 17thish.
We live in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and helpful neighbors if you need.
Regarding dogs: Leash Only!! Coyotes are in the area and will kill wandering or unsupervised dogs and CATS.
For this very reason, CAT is NEVER OUTDOORS!
My Cat is super cool. Fluo Likes to eat and hang out with the dogs. She thinks she is a dog. Litter box cleaning 1 time per day is best.
We Prefer someone with quieter lifestyle who wants to see the area. No children. The last RV we allowed, tripled our electricity bill so we prefer no RV's unless promises it won't be hooked up to our home.
BTW, with the exception of a bit of dog and cat hair, this home is very clean. We always leave our home clean and expect the same in return. You will arrive to clean bedding, clean bathrooms, kichen, floors, living areas and front and back porches. When expect the same upon our arrival because the last thing we want to do after a long trip is is clean.
I prefer regular s, texts and/or updates on the status of my animals including but not limited to any health issues or change in daily life activities munication is key.
If you think you are up to enjoying a beautiful house, great energy, nice hiking trails and the ambience of New Mexico let me know. We can talk in more detail about animals if you are interested.
We are listed on if you would like to see some additional pictures of our home. You would not reside in this area, just presents a picture of how wonderful the space is.
