I travel a great deal and I will be gone for most of the winter. I am looking for a house sitter to watch over my house and my cat Leroy. Leroy is a large, gentle, 13-year-old tabby who loves people. The house is in South Minneapolis, in a neighborhood that is centrally located but also quiet and safe. It is a few blocks from beautiful parks and Lake Harriett, walking distance to food shopping and restaurants, and ten minutes by car from downtown Minneapolis. You can choose to live in the upstairs room or in the lower level family room. There are two TVs connected to cable and Wi-Fi. Snow removal is handled by an outside company. The house has a new kitchen and recently added sun room with radiant heat in the floor - a perfect winter retreat!
Note that I may return home occasionally, so I will be living with you!
