3 Bedroom house.  Air conditioned bedrooms.  Walking distance to shops and botanical gardens.  Very quiet neighbour with neighbours standing by to give any assistance required. Little garden maintenance.  3 year old cattle dog to feed, water and walk for 20 minutes each day.
