Home is located just off the road leading to Olympic National Park's Hurricane Ridge. The house is located on five acres providing privacy but is only two miles to downtown Port Angeles. The house, built in the 1960s, has been remodeled with tile and hardwood floors, skylights, two wood burning stoves (in addition to a hot-water heating system), large west-facing patio and other anemities. There is a hot tub off the living room enclosed by a small fenced yard. Most the property is native vegation and is bordered on two sides by a small creek. The location is ideal for exploring the Olympic Peninsula. Victoria B.C. is a ferry ride away.
Amiga our German Shepherd, was born November 11, 2017. She is a delight but she is still a puppy. We are working hard to be sure she is well behaved and friendly. We work with her daily and thus far have monitered her both indoors and outdoors activities closely. She has a fenced yard connected to the house and thus far has not shown any interest in roaming. She loves playing ball and will spend hours doing so if given a chance. She is good on her leash and loves going on walks. She is also excellent in the car.
We also have an older pug. She is also delightful but in a more mature way. Lots of sleeping and lap time. The dogs get along well and can walk together if going the pug's speed (slow). She is also excellent in a car.
