I have a comfortable 3 bedroom house in Corio,which is about  40 minutes from the coast,i.e. Torquay,Barwon Heads,Ocean Grove.

Barney loves a run at the beach

There is a shopping complex within 5 minutes walking distance and a licenced club which serves food and drink.
