I live in a lovely leafy suburb of northern Tasmania justa short walk (or bus) to Launceston. Launceston has been nominated the most family friendly city in Tasmania, possibly Australia.
I have 2 older and healthy dogs who were happy to sit quietly while I write or research and are just as happy to go for a walk or watch me in the garden.
Launceston has many near attractions such as the Gorge and it is a short walk to the North Esk river (small but woodsy) and planaetarium, museum art gallery and drives are all close at hand. Tasmania's weather includes crisp and sunny or rainy or all seasons in one day. I am originally from New York and then 20 years in perth WA and Tasmania has the climate that suits me best. I particularly love the 4 seasons.
Home is comfortable and regular garden maintenance is done 1x a fortnight by a gardener. There are a few houseplants that need watering and some fish.
Fast internet on NBN is wired and my main concern are Ami and Palden my furry housemates. Looking forward to meeting you.
