I am looking for a dog loving retired professional couple or older single person to house and pet sit for up to 12 months in Canberra – as I am taking a contract overseas from 7 September 2016.
I need the house maintained while I am away but the main responsibility is for my 3.5 year old golden retriever ‘Ellie’ who is a rescue. She is very timid and has separation anxiety and cannot be left at home alone. She bonds well to people and is loving and fairly obedient but has fear aggression towards strangers. She does not do well with children or loud noises. She is good in the car and on the lead so she is easy to take with you and she also goes to play school at least twice a week - so you do get some respite from her!! House is large, comfortable and fully furnished and is centrally located in Canberra, near all amenities.
