We are looking for a non smoking houseproud retired couple who are conscientious and practical. We would like you to care for our home to a high standard, be physically able to mow our small lawns, maintain a minimal garden area and trim hedges if/as required. We have a small elderley Maltese that due to increasing deafness and arthritis is nervous around children and sudden noise, but she loves people. She would require two short walks a day. She is happy to spend several hours on her own in the house so you can sightsee and shop. But not overnight.
In turn we would love you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and scenery Bribie Island has to offer and our lovely spacious modern home, just a short walk to the Golf Course and Country Club Restaurant and Bar. Our house has all the modern ammenities, Smart TV, Wifi , ceiling fans and aircon. Sorry no smoking anywhere on premises.
Bribie Island has 2 small shopping malls with Target and Priceline etc Aldi, Woolworths, IGA, medical centres, cinema, several clubs with courtesy buses, many choices to eat out and just a short drive to our beautiful ocean beach at Woorim. There are fishing and sightseeing charters and 3/4 of the island is National Park.
Our start and finish dates are somewhat flexible. We can accommodate you before and after the sit if necessary.
