We are looking for someone (non-smoker) to keep our aging cat, Squishy, company. She is very low maintenence but gets anxious if left alone for more than a week. (She's an outdoor cat that chooses not to go beyond the confines of our back yard). She loves to sleep and purr when given belly rubs. She spits up fur balls but they are easy to wipe up.
Start Date: We are looking for someone starting March 22 but are negotiable (we fly out the 23rd so one day overlap would be good).
Posssible End dates: April 8 or 16 We hope that in the next two weeks we can confirm the end date. Greg is unemployed, and has a pending interview next week and hopes to get a clear answer about a job offer and negotiate his start date.
House chores include feeding Squishy, cleaning automatic litter box once a week, shoveling short sidewalk area if it snows, watering plants, take out your recycle/compost/trash and cleaning the hot tub once a week.
We live in a cute, sunny purple victorian-style house in down town Boulder, Colorado; a cultured university town. From our house you can bike and walk to down town (6 blocks), the university (2 blocks), grocery store (1 block), local bus stops (1 block in 3 directions), the mall and theatres (3 blocks). Meanwhile, our hot tub is ready and waiting for you!
About Boulder: Coloradans are known to keep active and healthy lifestyles. Boulderites are known to be athletes. This town offers rock climbing, a network of bike paths throughout the city. There is hiking mountain biking and road riding around the city limits. Rocky Mountain Natinoal park is 45 minutes North, the city of Denver is 30 minutes East, our local ski area, Eldora, is a half an hour to the west
