The house is located on the outskirts of Nelson BC, which is well known for the outdoor opportunities that exist in the area. These include hiking, biking, swimming, climbing and paddling as well as skiing in the winter. The house is a log home with tenants in the basement. It is a two bedroom place which consists of a large loft upstairs that has the master bedroom, and a second bedroom on the main floor. There are two full baths, a large kitchen and living room as well as laundry room. The house has a large yard and is located in a forested area at the edge of town.
The garden needs to waterred and the lawn should be mowed a couple of times. The place should kept tidy as well.
