- We need long-term house sitter in a comfortable Seattle (North Beacon Hill) house. Walking distance to downtown, parks, trails, prime transportation. Responsibilities include overseeing 3 roommates, coordinating 1 room, bit of outdoor yard work, general maintenance. Relatively new house, so minimum upkeep. 5 bedrooms, three baths, 2 stories, rec room w ping pong, foosball & gym equipment.
