We are looking for house and pet sitter from March 17 through 27. We live in a beautiful cohousing community in Santa Fe, NM, on West Alameda, about four miles from downtown. The community is on the Santa Fe River and there is a bike path heading dowtown from here.
The house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, and another living area turned into a bedroom. We have a small sunny yard.
We have two cats and one young dog. The dog is a 5 month-old (as of January 2017) Retriever/Lab. She is very friendly and intelligent. She needs to be walked about one mile a day, and taken outside a few times a day. She is crate-trained for when we are not at home and at night.
The cats are friendly. They are indoor-outdoor cats. One will likely need to be allowed outside during the night.
We also have one spider a Rose-Haired tarantula. He/she just needs water every few days.
Anyone staying here should be a non-smoker and should be quiet, as we live in a small cohousing community.
