Must be a non smoker. We live in north east Victoria and are looking for a mature couple to take care of our home and dog Lexi while we are away for six weeks. We are within walking distance of all shops, trains direct to Melbourne and bus services. We are also within 20 minutes to our local wineries Tahbilk, Mitchellton Fowles and the Goulburn river. Short drive to the beginning of the 'rail trail' bike track which goes from Tallarook to Mansfield. Our home is a lovely old Victorian that is clean and comfortable with split system heating and cooling. A pot belly stove and open fire in the main bedroom. I also make soap and body products so there is only one main bedroom as the other one is what I use for my soap and the third bedroom is for storage. We have a lot of fruit trees and herbs growing so,the garden is very easy and low maintenance as we strongly encourage bees and birds. It will need mowing and watering.
