We are looking for a stable clean non smoking and responsible couple with excellent references to care for our luxury home in a beautiful garden setting on a large block.The master of this home is our 4 year old American Bombay cat, who lives 24/7 indoors ,never to be allowed outside.
Our home is located within walking distance of Parliament House , and Manuka .The garden is maintained by a weekly garden service and my husband ( sit on lawn mower).There is a fully automatic irrigation system to lawns & garden beds,
The outdoor entertainment area has a large in ground saltwater pool a sauna, infrared sauna & heated spa.
My husband is a winding down medical specialist of forty years and our aim is to have increasing periods away from Canberra to travel/cruise.We can supply a small car for local travel.
