Hi, we are looking for someone to look after our home and our beloved pet dog, Bella, she's a Boxer. We are paying a visit to the UK in July to catch up with family, in particular our son who is currently on a gap year. We have a lovely clean and tidy 4 bedroom home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, 10 minute drive from Port Macquarie town centre and only a few minutes drive or walking distance to the beach. Bella will need to be walked twice a day and if you can you can take her to the beach occassionally where she loves to run free. She does pull on the lead so you'll have to be strong to hold, this usually only happens if she sees another dog or cat or when she picks up a strong scent, she'll pull hard. Other than that she is really well behaved at home and is an indoor dog when we are home, she loves cuddles and lots of fuss. We also have a rabbit but he is pretty low maintenance just needs fresh water twice a day, fed once and sometimes needs to be put back in the hutch when it is bad weather, but usually he is in a purpose built run. We are very house proud and look after all our belongings; i.e; use coasters on coffee tables, use table clothes, remove our shoes etc.. One of our living areas and the bedrooms have just had new carpet fitted. Our car will be in the garage but there'll be parking space on the drive. We leave on 3rd July and return 5th August, but I do believe that it's best to have housesitters to come a day early. This is our first time using a housesitter!
