The home is bordered on one side by the ocean and on the other by a creek estuary and a Nature Trust Park of about eight acres. My place has two houses on it. The older one is rented to a young couple with a new born. The house is a rancher with oak floors and all the usual amenities.
The area here is very quiet as the property is four acres. So, no traffic noise.
The house sitter would pay the house expenses, including Netflix, hydro, and internet during his/her stay. There is no pets that require care. The house is heated with a heat pump and the estimated monthly costs are estimated at less than five hundred dollars.
