Bob and Liz are nervous being around men (they run and hide due to past experiences) and so this sit is only suitable for a single woman.
During the day, the cats have free run of the fenced garden. You just need to keep an eye on them, feed, pet and play with them, plus keep the house and garden clean and tidy.
Penang is relaxed, "Asia Lite". Most of the neighbours speak some English. There's a small park, cafes and markets within five minutes walk.
You can go hiking, use a bike to explore, or catch the bus into Georgetown.
