We are both homeowners and house sitters on this site and hope to find some nice, friendly folks to mind our house and love our cat while we travel. First time sitters with references and cat care experience are welcome. We are looking for a mature individual or couple who enjoys nature and the quiet country life. Sitter must be non-smoker and respect that this is a fragrance-free and mostly chemical-free household. There is one lovely cat and you may expect visiting wild critters. Check daily to let us know how everything is going, how our cat is doing and especially if something goes wonky. We love pictures of our cat!
Roxie requires the usual cat care: feeding, brushing, playing, cuddles, scooping. She may be cautious initially but soon warms up. She will want to sleep with you so this must be okay with you. She frowns on closed doors. She is an indoor cat, but enjoys going outside each day with a harness and leash. She can be left all day when you want to explore.
