We are looking for someone to stay in our home for up to nine months pending a deployment my husband is set to go on in the summer. We live in a well maintained ranch style 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood in Virginia Beach. Our house is a walk away from shopping and dining and a 15 minute drive to the boardwalk/Virginia Beach.
We do have cats, but they will be going with us for the duration of our extended leave.
We ask that you keep the yards mowed and the house in the condition we left it in. If you like gardening, we do have space in the back yard for a box garden. You can plant whatever you like. We also ask that you take care of utilities because we will be paying rent and utilities elsewhere as well as mortgage on the house.
