We are looking for someone to look after our home and pool and water our pot plants while we do our big lap. Sitter would need to know about pool maintenance and bore pumps and rural living/maintenance.
We are located 8 kms from Local shopping centre, beaches and boat ramp and 2 hours from Perth so sitter would need their own reliable car.
5 acres would need mowing/slashing twice to three times in the year but house 1/4 acre needs mowing and whipper snipping fortnightly with ride on and hand mower. Some gardening maintenance also. Pool is solar heated and has creepy crawly but needs usual attention.
Sitter could go away for up to a week at a time without too much trouble but any longer would require alternative arrangements to be made.
House is comfortable 4 bedroom with small basic gym with two bedrooms available for your use. Air con and internet supplied.
Neighbourhood is very quiet but friendly neighbours are available just up the road. Bowling, golf, tennis clubs, and cycle paths 8kms away. Great fishing area too but otherwise boredom could be an issue with this length of sit?
