We live in a gated town house setting in a suburb of Launceston, Tasmania, very close to the city and with all amenities within walking distance..
Our home is a modern two story with a tiny garden. Wonderful neighbours.
We have a small Havanese non shedding house dog whose main requirement is company and twice daily walk to the park.
Because our dog likes company we need people who are happy to be home most of the time or take dog with them.
we have a car if required.
