We are looking for a house sitter who can take care of our 12 year old dog Skitz, walk him once a day and keep our house and garden tidy. Skitz is friendly, loves walks, laps and sleeping in the sun. He is fine to be left alone whilst you explore the local area but not overnight.
We live about an hour north of Brisbane on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Our 3 bedroom house is on 2 levels and includes 2 bathrooms and wi-fi. We have quite a large backyard and adjoin the playing area of the local primary school. It is a 5 minute walk through the school pine forest and oval to the village of Buderim which has numerous cafes, restaurants and supermarkets including a Woolworths. Bus services link Buderim with Maroochydore, Nambour and the local university. We are a minute drive to the closest beaches of Mooloolaba and Alexandra Headland. A 30 minute drive to the west takes you up in to the Blackall Range and the beautiful national parks of Kondalilla and Mapleton Falls. A 40 minute drive to the north will bring you to Noosa.
