Hello All,
Beautiful, 3 BR, 3.5 BA $1.5M classic yet restored Seattle bungalow on the north end of Queen Anne Hill that is walking distance to the village at the top or the bustling Fremont district.
Hear the drawbridge bell and watch seaplanes departing for the San Juan Islands.
Use of one of our cars is negiatable.
Now the ummm...other details.
A. While our home is great, there are some areas that are in process of remodeling. These areas include the master bedroom (only trimwork), master bath (95% done, but not usable) and the moulding in the entry hall, living room and dining room. All areas are clean...they are just not 100% complete. Don’t worry though, no construction will be occurring during your stay.
B. Our special needs dog, Scout is part of the home. She is a small (14 lb) Chihuahua-Terrier mix that takes a while to warm up to strangers, does not like other dogs or strangers. She will lash out and nip if she doesn’t like what is happening. Not great with small kids or people who don’t listen and prefer to say that “I like dogs” or “I’m great great with dogs” and lean in or move too quickly. She’s Not psychotic, just neurotic as she was a rescue. However, once you are part of her pack, she is a total snuggler. Our guest would need to:
a. Be patient enough to alllow Scout to warm up to you,
b. Stay each night in the home,
c. Be willing to allow Scout to sleep on the bed at night. She often tries to burrow under the covers, but you can simply cover her with a blanket, but she will want to snuggle,
d. Give her a good walk in the neighborhood in the morning and just before bedtime,
e. Be home at lunch for an hour or so to let her into the years or take a walk
That’s pretty much it.
