Castelo de vide is relatively small town but has shops and cafes and a fairly complete supermarket. The town also has a popular municipal pool for hot summer days.
The house is older and a bit quirky and has a garden with trees for shade and is pleasant to sit out and have a meal.
The main reason for looking for a house sitter is to have someone look after the garden
